Can you sucessfully do like follows from your DeleGate's host?
% telnet news.interlink.net 119

|it is working fine. From any host contacting delegate it is not.
|The log say that it use 18.104.22.168 ??? Then it should work fine ?
The following log can be interpreted as the server accepts your
