[DeleGate-En] Use delegate as SSH proxy
30 Nov 2010 08:46:39 GMT pbyjqbdyi-hugik5scsjxr.ml@ml.delegate.org

Hi Yutaka,

Would like to ask you questions again.

I saw this page "http://www.delegate.org/delegate/Manual.htm?SSH_via_Telnet" that can use delegate as proxy to SSH to other machines, but I hit a problem again:

- I'm using DeleGate/9.9.0 and I start the process by "/tmp/delegated -P8024 SERVER=telnet://-ssh"
- then I test with below output on screen (the connection is established and I pressed "Enter" twice)

====
# telnet localhost 8024
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
--
--  @ @  localhost PROXY-telnet server DeleGate/9.9.0
-- ( - ) { Hit '?' or enter `help' for help. }
DeleGate/9.9.0 (November 24, 2008)

Could not create directory '/.ssh'.

RSA key fingerprint is 13:74:dd:43:a8:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:a4.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?
Failed to add the host to the list of known hosts (/.ssh/known_hosts).

====

- found that the "Enter" key cannot make a new line, also cannot see what I type on screen.

It has no problem when I use it as a "telnet" proxy. Do you know why ? Do I need to start "delegate" with other options ?

Thanks for your help!!!
