Sorry, I found another linkage problem for "strcasestr()" on Solaris
with -DQSC in 9.9.6-pre5. I uploaded 9.9.6-pre6 including the fix
for it. Also I found that the "make" on Solaris does not see CFLAGS=...
on the command line option, so I put those options in DELEGATE_CONF
[the content of src/DELEGATE_CONF]
CFLAGS=-m64 -O2 -DQSC
