Here are two ways to control log level of the running DeleGate after
version 9.8.2. But basically they have been only for single-process
mode of DeleGate (mainly for WindowsCE). So in 9.9.6-pre4, I extended
them to be applicable generally. After 9.9.6-pre4, you can configure
DeleGate and use it as follows:

(1) via Telnet "yshell"

Add a port for "yshell" by options as follows:

    -Q9823/ysh AUTHORIZER="-list{User:Pass}:ysh:-:-Q9823"

  % telnet localhost 9823
ysh> option -vd (or -vt -vs -vu)
  Username: User
  Password: Pass
  ysh> quit

(2) via HTTPS "/-/admin/"

Add a port for remote admininstration by options as follows:

    -Q9880/admin AUTH=admin::User:Pass

  - open URL https://delegate:9880/-/admin/logging
  - authenticate with User and Pass
  - select radio button "silent", "terse", "usual" or "verbose"
  - push "Logfile"

Cheers,
Yutaka
