The only way to escape the restriction is change the value and
recompile DeleGate.

Note that the implementation of sftp/FTP gateway by DeleGate is
very tentative one using the sftp program as a entrance to the
sftp/SSH channel. Since sftp is not designed to be used as a
filter program, it needs a file to be transferred to exist as a
regular file temporarily on the host machine. Thus there should
be some restriction for the size of such temporary file.
