I inform you of the new release of DeleGate available as follows:

DeleGate/9.6.3 (BETA) -- fixes for frozen gzip and SSL threads

 This release includes important fixes for problems caused by the thread
based implementation (since 9.6.0) of gzip and SSL filters.

PROBLEMS CAUSED BY MULTI-THREADS ON WINDOWS

 - Fix for exhaustion of TCP-ports for socketpar() under heavy load on Windows
 - Fix for broken gunzip/HTTP data under heavy load on Windows
 - Fix for truncation of response data via SSL under heavy load on Windows
 - Fix for truncation of response data via SSL or other filters on Windows
 - Fix for frozen filter processes under heavy load on Windows
 - Fix for frozen processes when CFI is used with a SSL thread on Windows

PROBLEMS CAUSED BY MULTI-THREADS ON OTHER OS

 - Fix for SEGV by stale longjump (when received SIGPIPE) in multiple-threads
 - Fix for frozen process on empty request in MITM/HTTP mode
 - Fix for frozen thread with SIGTERM in LinuxThreads
 - Fix for frozen threads/processes under heavy load on MacOSX
 - Fix for frozen gzip thread on Solaris10

OTHER PROBLEMS

 - Reduced waiting processes in TCP accept under heavy load (on Windows)
 - Fix for broken SSL session cache
 - Fix for truncated cache on simultaneous refresh from multiple clients
 - Removed useless delay (1sec per request) in MITM/HTTP mode (since 9.6.0)
 - Fixed frozen SSLway with "-ssl3" option and connected from a SSL2 client
 - Added "*.update.microsoft.com" to be allowed SSLtunnel by default
 - Enabled to use IPv6 only DNS servers

ENABLED GZIP/HTTP ENCODING

 - Enabled gzip/HTTP encoding for web browsers
     since DeleGate/8.6.0, gzip encoding over HTTP is disabled for clients
     which shows multiple acceptable encodings (in Accepnt-Encoding header)
 - Enabled gzip/HTTP encoding to data larger than 1Mbytes
 - Enabled gzip/HTTP encoding with CFIscript and external filter

MODIFICATION

 - Reduced the default max. num. of DeleGate processes on small memory host
