DeleGate can work as an origin NNTP server while acting as a NNTP proxy,
as it is serving this feedback board at nntp://
To make DeleGate work (also) as an origin server, add MOUNT like this:

  MOUNT="= nntp://-.-/"

"-.-" means the DeleGate itself as an origin server.
A newsgroup is created automatically when the first article is posted to
the group.

NOTE: I don't know if this works on Windows :p
