Recently, I've encountered a new problem created by POP Proxy. I use
delegate 8.9.3. Some users couldn't retrieve their mail. The following is
what I picked up from log file:

07/20 09:04:25 [20780]-P8110 #### setStopService

Here is the content from shutout:

To administrator:
Remove this file to restart the service for "192.168.2.84"
This file was created on a fatal error detected in DeleGate,
which COULD BE the result of an ATTACK from the host.
More likely, it can be a usual bug in DeleGate.
See LOGDIR/abort/8110, and consult with the author if necessary.
(You can specify the varidity of shutout like TIMEOUT=shutout:60s)
