If the scanner is able to work as a filter program which gets a HTTP
message from its standard input and output transferred message to its
standard output, then it can be used as follows.

1) execute DeleGate with a FTOCL parameter

delegated -P8080 SERVER=http FTOCL=filter.cfi

2) the content of filter.cfi is like this

Content-Type: text/
Content-Type: image/
Message-Filter: virus-scanner

3) Place the filter.cfi and virus-scanner at LIBDIR or at the directry
where DeleGate's executable is.
