It depends on what protocol you are proxying.  For most protocols,
adding AUTHORIZER=yourAuthhost is enough.  But for HTTP protocol,
it is a little complicated.  Basically, the following will do:

  AUTH=proxy:pauth AUTHORIZER=yourAuthhost RELIABLE="*@yourAuthhost"
