It is what I expected when I coded the selection of default DGROOT.

Yes, specifying DGROOT explicitly may be usual way when DeleGate is
used under the right of nobody.  But, restarting DeleGate must work
regardless with what explicit/implicit DGROOT is given.  So I'll
fix it as the enclosed patch.

Sorry but I don't know what you did to relay "Jacada" using DeleGate.
Can it be realyed with HTTP-DeleGate? If so, what was recorded in the
LOGFILE of the DeleGate when you accessed it?
