DLK COMPUTER SYSTEMS

Hello:

I think this product is great so far, But I need help.

I am installing this in our wireless system and come close to get it working, but not all the way.

This is how the systems are put togher.

I have one proxy which I will call Master. It is connected to the internet and has an internet IP. I would like it to not cache. Accept request from the local network. Its IP is 65.192.132.73 and Gateway is 65.192.132.65. This is our internet router. This is what I have so far.

delegated -P8080 SERVER=http
delegated -P21 SERVER=ftp
delegated -P1080 SERVER=socks
delegated -P110 SERVER=pop
delegated -P23 SERVER=telnet
delegated -P443 SERVER=https
delegated -P53 SERVER=dns RESOLV=cache,dns,nis,file
delegated CACHE=no

The second proxy gets internet traffic but then sends out the transmitter gateway. The users make requests on this proxy, Which is cascaded to the master proxy. It has an Internet IP of 65.192.132.72 and the gateway is 65.192.132.75.This is the transmitter gateway. I want this proxy to cache and expire after 5 days. Have the cache check the page for new updates before serving from cache. Accepts all Hosts requests from all networks. Put HTTP on port 8080, and all other hosts on the standard ports. All Hosts:Ports cascade to 65.192.132.73 Proxy.
This the setup so far.

delegated -P8080 SERVER=http PROXY=65.192.132.72:8080
delegated -P21 SERVER=ftp PROXY=65.192.132.72:21
delegated -P1080 SERVER=socks PROXY=65.192.132.72:1080
delegated -P110 SERVER=pop PROXY=65.192.132.72:110
delegated -P23 SERVER=telnet PROXY=65.192.132.72:23
delegated -P443 SERVER=https PROXY=65.192.132.72:443
delegated -P53 SERVER=dns PROXY=65.192.132.72:53
delegated ICP=icphost
delegated EXPIRE=1d CRON="0 * * * * -expire 5d"

When I set this up I can not get the request from the outside networks to go through. They get a not allowed message.
Both Servers are Mandrake Linux 8.2.

I hope that you can help me. This looks like the perfect solution for us.

Thanks for all the support
Gary Winton
