I understand you are asking about "source routing" control by DeleGate.
DeleGate provides two ways to control chaining HTTP proxies based on
source IP address of clients, using ROUTE or CONNECT+PROXY.

> Forwards requests from hosts in srcHostList to the resources listed

Thus adding following parameter to your DeleGate1 will do in your case.
