I understand you are asking about "source routing" control by DeleGate.
DeleGate provides two ways to control chaining HTTP proxies based on
source IP address of clients, using ROUTE or CONNECT+PROXY.

Thus adding following parameter to your DeleGate1 will do in your case.

  ROUTE="http://DeleGate2:8080/-_-www.restricted.com:IP1"
