FTP-DeleGate accepts "//host/path" as an argument for CWD, LIST, RETR,
or so. Thus for a client in HTTP protocol, a URL like
"ftp://ftp-delegate///host/path" should work to get "ftp://host/path".

But MSIE is a special browser which optimizes (then destroys) URL
including "/" given by user. There seems no way to escape from the
interfere.

So we must do explicit MOUNT like follows,

  MOUNT="/* ftp://*"

and accessing a FTP server via FTP-DeleGate like follows.

  ftp://ftp-delegate/ftp.microsoft.com

Cheers,
Yutaka
