[CTX] [ALL] -Fauth function

-Fauth -{a|d|v} username[:password] hostname[:portnumber] [expire]

Add, delete or view predefined (or cached) authorization information for hostname as a server for AUTHORIZER. If hostname is prefixed with "-", it is regarded as a virtual name without a real server.
Example:

delegated -Fauth -a ken:blahblah -smtp.users.local
// and refer this as AUTHORIZER=-smtp.users.local
