PROTOLIST

       ProtoList  ==  [!]protoSpec[,ProtoList]
       protoSpec  ==  protocolName[/[portNumList][/methodList]]

A ProtoList is a list of protocol names. Reserved name "*" means all of protocols. If "!" or "-" is prefixed, the protocol is excluded from the protocol list.
