Invoke a MASTER-DeleGate private to this DeleGate. HTTP-DeleGate working as a gateway to another protocol needs MASTER-DeleGate to do connection cache for FTP and NNTP. MASTERP may be specified with MASTER to force data caching at the local host when the MASTER is running at a remote host.
